First of all, what did they specifically ask you, if you can tell us, and how did they respond to your answers?”
(DW) “Yes, Colonel Macgregor, I had an hour conference call yesterday with the representatives and senators from the Carolinas. And we presented the data to them to answer their questions about how this manipulation occurs. They realised this is not a natural event. They are trying to digest the fact that their States are literally under assault from weather modification operations that are clearly connected with DoD operations, and you can speculate again on the agendas and objectives being carried out but the fact that the storm was manipulated is absolutely unarguable. We know that technology to stop these rotations from even occurring has existed for decades with the manipulation of atmospheric weather zones. HAARP in Alaska is one example many people are familiar with. That’s an ionosphere heater. That’s a weapon of mass destruction. Period.”

My take on it
I gather that the flooding and devastation from Cyclone Helene are unmatched in human memory, and unprecedented in scale. So some have tagged it a ‘one in one thousand years’ natural disaster – which is a category, not an explanation.
I also understand that Helene’s pending sequel, Cyclone Milton, is expected to be worse. Make that “two in one thousand years” events, barely a week apart. What are the odds?
As they confront massive threats to public safety, representatives and senators from the Carolinas are doing what elected officials of any integrity should be doing as a matter of course – urgently asking honest questions, without fear or favour.
No everyone knows that the weather can indeed be modified, by lasers, electromagnetic radiation and other means. These means are specifically referenced on the relevant page of the (US) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) which requires reporting of all such activities by private entities (though not by government).
