Cyclone Helene: Manipulated? “Unarguable.”

The statement

(DM) “If you can do so, could you tell us about some of your recent discussions, conversations, briefings that you have had with political leaders from the States in question that have asked you what you think? First of all, what did they specifically ask you, if you can tell us, and how did they respond to your answers?”

(DW) “Yes, Colonel Macgregor, I had an hour conference call yesterday with the representatives and senators from the Carolinas. And we presented the data to them to answer their questions about how this manipulation occurs. They realised this is not a natural event. They are trying to digest the fact that their States are literally under assault from weather modification operations that are clearly connected with DoD operations, and you can speculate again on the agendas and objectives being carried out but the fact that the storm was manipulated is absolutely unarguable. We know that technology to stop these rotations from even occurring has existed for decades with the manipulation of atmospheric weather zones. HAARP in Alaska is one example many people are familiar with. That’s an ionosphere heater. That’s a weapon of mass destruction. Period.”

My take on it

I gather that the flooding and devastation from Cyclone Helene are unmatched in human memory, and unprecedented in scale. So some have tagged it a ‘one in one thousand years’ natural disaster – which is a category, not an explanation.

I also understand that Helene’s pending sequel, Cyclone Milton, is expected to be worse. Make that “two in one thousand years” events, barely a week apart. What are the odds?

As they confront massive threats to public safety, representatives and senators from the Carolinas are doing what elected officials of any integrity should be doing as a matter of course – urgently asking honest questions, without fear or favour.

No everyone knows that the weather can indeed be modified, by lasers, electromagnetic radiation and other means. These means are specifically referenced on the relevant page of the (US) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) which requires reporting of all such activities by private entities (though not by government).

We can only hope that something less malevolent is to blame.

Geoengineering: Tennessee votes for blue skies

The statement

HB2063/SB2691 states, “Environmental Preservation – As enacted, prohibits the intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight. – Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 39; Title 42; Title 43; Title 44; Title 55; Title 58; Title 59; Title 60; Title 65; Title 68 and Title 69.” …..

The White House document titled Congressionally Mandated Research Plan and Initial Research Governance Framework Related to Solar Radiation Modification was pointed to as the cause of a sense of urgency to enter legislation establishing a governance framework for geoengineering and forms of weather modification like SRM (solar radiation modification), SAI (stratospheric aerosol injection) and other aerosol injection practices in Tennessee as well as in seven other states.

Those states include Kentucky, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Illinois, South Dakota, Minnesota and Connecticut.

Geoengineering:  ‘Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025’

The statement

‘In this paper we show that appropriate application of weather-modification can provide battlespace dominance to a degree never before imagined.  In the future, such operations will enhance air and space superiority and provide new options for battlespace shaping and battlespace awareness.   “The technology is there, waiting for us to pull it all together;”  in 2025 we can “Own the Weather.”

My take on it

I am persuaded, long since.  The evidence is writ large across our skies.

I am not trying to persuade anybody else.  Do your own research.

The statement

“A typical chemtrail first appears as a white line high in the sky emitted by a large jet airplane. These lines become diffuse as they float down to earth. Heavy spraying creates a thick haze over vast areas. Chemtrails often form Xs and sometimes grid patterns. Chemtrails are also sometimes sprayed in a circular fashion. Although seemingly endless amounts of photos and videos are posted online, you can observe these phenomena with your own eyes. One just needs to look up.“

My take on it

Yup.

I’ve looked up. The photos below were taken by me within recent months, in northern Sydney and on the Central Coast. You are free to go on thinking they are natural if you like.

For me they raise obvious questions: Who? And Why?

As for How, I refer you to another article catalogued under Geoengineering on the same website, Weather as a Weapon of Mass Destruction (by Steve Allen on 15 September 2017). If you were doubting the technological possibilities and the widespread real-world applications, this should be enough to set you straight.
